03

Open communication

Questions and unexpected conditions are discussed.

Planning an interior or exterior painting project

Our painting process serves homeowners across Broward County, with nearby South Florida locations requiring confirmation. Whether you want to refresh rooms or repaint the exterior, the starting point is a clear conversation about the property, surfaces and priorities.

Prepare for your estimate

Share your address, the rooms or exterior details you want painted, current surface concerns and preferred timing. Mention gated access, HOA requirements or restricted working hours. If colors are still undecided, tell us; final product, color and sheen selections should be confirmed before application.

Use the written scope as your guide

Your proposal identifies the work, preparation, materials, repair limits, exclusions and project terms. If an unexpected condition or a requested change affects the work, it should be discussed and documented. The final walkthrough reviews the agreed painting scope and any final items.
